I always felt anxious at the thought of opening the ps4 console and upgrading the storage capacity. This is the best alternative. After plugging it in, just follow the simple instructions and you can soon move whichever games you want from the internal storage to the external one. Games still play fluidly from the WD external hard drive and can finally play Red Dead Redemption 2. With the games I have on there like Kingdom Hearts 3, Final Fantasy 15 and Red Dead, I still have well over 1 TB of storage left. 4 TB is a bit of an overkill in my opinion since I will be deleting games I no longer play so 2 TB is the sweet spot.

No issues with it. Hasn’t crashed or corrupted anything from my PS4. Does seem like it is a mega dust magnet so I wipe it down every couple days.

It does what was advertised and was easy to set up.

Must have for an xbox one

Hasnt broken into a million pieces yes. Very quiet (was expecting it to rattle). I Velcrod it to the back of my Xbox One and it pretty much disappears, as its the same height as the fat old Xbox One, sitting flush. Great product
