We had to format it from media to games, but it formatted quickly and we were able to have all of our digitally bought games available instead of deleting other games to play games in our cloud.

This product is as advertised!

All you have to do is connect it into the USB port, click “Accept” on a few things, and you are pretty much ready to start downloading your games onto the external drive.

Gift for my son and he loves it

Bought this product Jan of 2017, worked perfectly until today. I can now longer retrieve my games. Any help would be appreciated !
