Easiest setup ever and I’m so happy that I have so much more room now for my PS4!!!

It worked for 4 months and then just quit working. It isnt recognized in any USB port I plug it into. I lost all my games as well. It literally had 2.5 TBs of space left and it stopped working. Very dissatisfied with the product. Will not be recommending it in the future at all!

Had it 5 months...already not working...won’t connect...light is on but PS4 says not connected. When I get lucky enough it connects...then tells me to reformat. Lost a lot of games.

Have over 20+ big games installed and 60+ other smaller games and just reached about 25-30% full

Son loves it...now he has enough room for his games

I bought this hard drive about a year ago and it worked fine on my Xbox one for a while; however, the Xbox one no longer detects this device and after troubleshooting the Passport X and the Xbox one, it was determined that the Passport X is beyond fixing and needs to be replaced. This is really unfortunate because I had 9 games installed on this external hard drive. I will not purchase another WD for use with my Xbox one since it seems to be too risky.
