    Wanted some more space for my PS5 I was going to get WD black PS5 branded one but it was WAY more money. This one has all the same capabilities as the ps5 branded one and it was less money. It was some work trying to take the panel off my ps5 (watch a YouTube tutorial it makes it easier) but ones I got the panel off it was just one screw and then you stick the thing in and screw it back in, simple as that. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for more space on their PS5!

    Bought 2 of them for my brothers ps5 and mine. Both fit in perfectly and it was so easy to do after watching a video on it. Highly recommend. Seems to run faster but I can’t prove it real world.

    Initially used an old ver of Chrystal Dk. Mk. and was getting rd : ~4000 wr : ~ 4000. Now w latest CDMark getting what everyone else, ~ 6500 read, 4400 writes.

    This WD Black SN850 m.2 SSD is the fastest SSD I have used in my system. The software from WD is streamlined and easy to use when cloning data from my old SSD to this one. The write speeds are as advertised and I had no issues at all with the drive. When doing stress test, I did notice this drive heats up which is not really a negative because stress test are not a reflection of real world usage. I just wanted to see if it ran hotter than my 970 Pro, which it did when I stressed tested the drive. Overall, this is the best SSD I have used to date and I highly recommend it.

    This drive is just as speedy as advertised. I would trust my life to its reliability. Not that I can imagine a scenario in which I would need to trust my life to this drive, but if it ever comes up, I think Ill be good.
