It has problems loading up windows dont buy this its a waste of money and time.

I have two of these (three if you count the SN550). One in a portable enclosure for music and movies with an Android car stereo. This setup wasnt quite plug and play but once I realized the issue (not the drives fault), it was smooth sailing. The other (and a previous SN550) are in two separate PCs. Fast and generally reliable. Best value for the money, as faster M.2s run hotter and dont really help performance.

Works fine in a 2014 Macbook Air with a adapter. Clean installed Catalina from a USB. Needs to be formatted prior to MacOS installation.

GOOD SSD BUT NEED TO GIVE FREE HEAT SHRINK

Ive had this product for over a year now and still havent had any issue with it, it runs perfectly :)

dient bei mir zur Datensicherung, zur Info: 80 GB auf diese SN550, knapp 60 Sekunden. Das ist akzeptabel. bzgl. kleiner Dateien und dazu viele, oder andere kopiere a nach b kann ich nichts sagen, da ich das nicht ausprobiert habe. Auch ist diese nicht im Dauereinsatz, hier, anschließen, System sichern, abklemmen. Dauer, 1 Minute. Das macht diese WD SN550 sehr gut!
