I was very sceptical of the price of this M.2 as it seemed very cheap but it blew me away. I easily get speeds of 2300 MB/s after doing various speed tests. Installation was very easy as is with all M.2s in my opinion. Would definitely buy again.

Read speeds are fine as per Crystal Diskmark and as advertised for an NVMe SSD. Write speeds worse than a WD SN530.

The storage and speed of the drive for the price is very good. But…. I had a major hassle getting it to work on my MacBook Pro 13” Retina mid 2014. The SSD was not recognized. Not in Disk Utility or in Terminal. I ended up buying an external NVMe enclosure and installing MacOS in recovery mode on it that way then putting the SSD in the computer. I’ve heard of some people not having this issue so I’m not sure exactly what the issue was. My guess would be that it was a firmware thing. I did see on a Google search that someone said about doing the firmware update but it had to be done on a PC. Not an option for me. The SSD does appear to run a bit hotter and the battery life is drained a bit more too.

Value for money. It is dram less but speed is top class.

Prestazioni in linea con la descrizione, ottimo il software acronis for western Digital che ha clonato un hdd da un tera riadattando le partizioni in modo totalmente automatico, lunica cosa è che dopo bisogna scollegare il disco meccanico perché anche se si imposta il boot da SSD vanno in conflitto, a meno che non si formatti lhdd per utilizzo archivio ma personalmente preferisco lasciare scollegato come clone in caso di necessità si può ripristinare alle impostazioni di fabbrica.
