It only been a few months since I got my computer. But I noticed it ran slower than my almost decade old laptop. Upgraded the ram and put in this new ssd. You will feel the upgrade right away. Now u have a 10-15 second boot time. Nothing is going running right because if COVID. But at least now I have a super fast computer to keep me occupied.

After i installed the WD 550 my dell laptop would not boot. I contacted Western Digital (very disappointing) and got no good answers. I checked the dell community but no help there also. I changed the BIOS settings and did everything i could think of but still the same, no boot. I did not have another computer to try it in so i returned it to Amazon. I am happy with their return policy.

Dont gimp your gaming pc with a traditional SSD. Put this WD M.2 SSD in your next built and enjoy the seamless throughput of data.

Makes ssd feel slow, impressive! I was amazed at how fast windows does anything now, it just flies! U cant go back to regular sata ssd after this.
