Fit for purpose - works as advertised, easy to install Upgraded from a Lenovo 256 gig to this. No issues

I swapped out my smaller SSD for this huge 1TB M.2 NVMe drive and could not be happier. Not only does it work slightly faster, it also frees up two cables in the case (since every SATA drive needs both a power and a data cable). I have an MSI B450-A PRO (not PRO MAX) mobo and this is the exact right fit for the M.2 slot.

Tried to install as a replacement for WD Blue SN530 which had failed. BIOS could recognize the drive correctly but Windows installer could not and asked for a driver to be installed. There is not a driver to be found on the Western Digital site. All the searches assume you have a working Windows installation which I do not.

Es el primer Nvme que tengo y realmente no sabía nada de como iba a ser el proceso de instalación, como se puede ver en la foto, la caja es bastante pequeña, y el nvme en si es aproximadamente del tamaño de un pendrive.

Upgraded from a 256GB Western Digital Blue SN520 that came with my PC. Its 2x faster and 1TB for a decent price. No complaints here!
