> 3 dayThe plugs do not stay Connected to the wifi network. I am CONSTANTLY having to reconnect them manually. They would be fine if they reconnected automatically, but they DONT. Yes, theyre not expensive, but I give up -- They Are Trash.

> 3 dayThese continuously go to ‘power offline’. It takes less time to turn lights on manually than to wait for each switch to be synced and power up.

> 3 dayI am not new to smart plugs. I am not new to smart home devices. And these are quite possibly the worst smart plugs I’ve ever dealt with. I installed them, I set them up with Alexa, and they went off-line. I reinstalled them, I set them up with Alexa, and they went off-line. This continued for two days, then I took a break and used another brand. Today, I decided to try them again. Same result. We have other smart devices on the same network, including smart plugs from other companies. Everything else works. These do not. They cannot stay connected to the network, and it takes upwards of 15 minutes to convince the plug to reset so they can be reinstalled…. again. So far, the maximum amount of time they have spent online is six hours. After that, they go offline. I am ready to toss these things out the window with extreme prejudice and chalk up the money spent to a lesson on why you shouldn’t impulse buy smart plugs..

> 3 dayI will not say what you want me to say easy do easy doing so not easy to use is so so compatible with Alexa yes exit yes add it to Alexa not so easy And you could make it more easier when it says what device do you have maybe you can put a better name than what you have or maybe you can add it to Alexas list so she can identify a lot better lot faster and a lot easier almost every other plug is a pain in the ass to pair

> 3 dayCannot install or program from desktop (Windows) but have use phone, which is much less convenient. Difficult to install, I had to try three times and the instructions are unclear on the alternate methods. Once installed, I discovered that you apparently cannot schedule multiple on-off times during the day. Or, if so, certainly not clear how to do it. Overall disappointing. I returned the item

Greater than one weekIm happy with them, because they allowed me to turn of things I left running. But it wasnt with out a rocky start. I found the instruction for adding them to your wifi network lacking. The Feit iOS app procedure for provisioning these little smart plugs into the application, is missing one simple instruction (visual clue). When you click to Add + a new device, the app offers you a few type categories to choose from. Smart plugs is the first category simply touch the plug youre wish to add. What comes next had me stumped for 2 hours. Theres a gray out Next button at the bottom of the page, and your left standing there starring at the screen waiting for that Next button at the bottom of the screen, you expect to light up. It will never happen. Above the Next button is the word Confirm. It simply looks like text on a screen that has no function. But until you tap it, nothing is going to happen. All Feit had to do was make the word Confirm look like a button, and I would have had it provision in 3 mins. Such a simple detail, make the button look like a button, all those people whom returned these things because they couldnt get them provisioned could have been avoid, and the LIKES number would have been much greater.

> 3 dayConstantly loses connection with router. I have Kasa smart plugs also that are further from the router and they work fine. I have also had problems with Feits light bulbs in the past. Lesson learned to stay away from Feit products.

> 3 dayRequires your wifi to output 2.4GHz. We live in 2022 now, devices should be compatible to both 5GHz and 2.4GHz and not require me to fiddle with my router settings.
