Wifi Smart plug

The product is easy to use and set up. I love that they work with Alexa. It is an essential addition to any smart home. I would like to add before you buy too many of these that it may be worth while to invest in a smart surge protector depending on how many appliances and items your plugging in.

I have nine FEIT smart plug. They all work, but only the plug in the same room with the router, shows adequate signal strength. Receive has little sensitivity. Signal strength shows poor, but the devices still work.

I really like these smart plugs. So easy to install and use!

Bought these because I had 4 feit electric LED bulbs. What a mistake - buying the bulbs and these outlets. The software seems well designed, I didnt have any issues navigating it or setting the devices up the first time but they outright refused to stay connected/would intermittently drop connection then come back a while later or drop the connection entirely and refuse to sync no matter what I did. Theres a second process available as a form of recovery so you can get them to sync again, that didnt work either. I adjusted my routers settings and that did nothing. In the end I spent a couple hours trying to get them to sync back up with the software and failed.

We run 6 of these across two different wi-fi networks in our apartment. Took me less than an hour to set up all of them, and program multiple different scenarios/schedules. I’ve also used them from 5,000 miles away to direct a friend who was looking for something in our apartment. Very much recommend this setup!

Already have the app because of their light bulbs so was an easy setup. Love that it has a timer and scheduling options

This is in the living in the same room as wifi. Does not stay connect to signal. We have other wifi plugs far from wifi and no problems. Purchased 9 at Costco. May have to return and pay a little more for another brand
