UPDATE: After about three years, it stopped holding itself closed. I just kept using it nonetheless, just wrapping the Velcro band around it to hold it closed. It still worked well when it was open...no complaints with that function. Im not sure - should I expect more than 3-4 years of flawless operation? Anyway Im debating whether to order another one.

I used to own one umbrella like this in Ireland, but then I moved and had to part ways with it. It made me incredibly sad because it was the best umbrella Ive ever had. Needless to say I am ecstatic at the opportunity to own the same model once again.

Best umbrella Ive owned. Was sick of replacing $20 umbrellas. This one is sturdy and classy. Gotta love the wood handle.

Great umbrella has large coverage and strong shaft wont bend and fall apart like cheaper metal shaft umbrellas. looks like it can double as a walking stick or cane.

If you need a good solid umbrella I highly recommend you pick this one up. The build quality is great and it is very large without being too big. You can tell by picking it up that it will last a long time and for me has worked great even in larger storms
