I needed to make sure a door stayed partially open to my basement so the cat can reach its litter box. This is perfect. I put it on the top of the door and can adjust the opening by repositioning it across the top. I no longer have trouble with the door accidentally shutting and this does not scratch my wooden door or frame.

I needed something to hold the closet door in my RV open, so my media server doesnt overheat, and these door props fit the bill. The door is kept open wide enough to allow excellent airflow without sticking out into the hallway obtrusively. Ive since purchased another set for an overhead cabinet that has electronics. These things work perfectly for my use case.

When my son took an interest in closing/slamming doors around 1 year old, we were obviously worried about his fingers getting pinched and also tired of having to reopen doors for him after he got himself stuck on one side of the door or the other. This product has completely prevented any injuries and keeps all avenues in the apartment open when we want them to be.

Great product if youre using it for a regular inside door. I got this to use for the outside door at my apartment complex, the door is heavy and slams shut everytime someone comes in or out. I figured Id try putting one of these on there to stop the door from slamming shut and it worked, for a day. With the product being foam and the door being as heavy as it is, it ended up cracking/ripping and then would fall off because it got to misshapen to hold to the door. If you use it for a simple door gap so your kids dont pinch fingers then its great, it just didnt work out for what I needed it for.

Just pop it on the door and youre done. I use it to keep my door cracked so it doesnt slam shut when the air conditioning comes on, but also as closed as possible so it shuts out as much wind noise as possible

We use it as a door stopper so the pets can get in and out of the bedroom overnight without inadvertently shutting the door and waking us for entry/exit. Big improvement over the old shoe that’s been in the door jam overnight for years! I was a little worried about it getting misplaced when removed to latch the door closed, but it fits right over the doorknob when not in use, and doesn’t interfere with the door latching closed or using the doorknob while it’s stored there.

I use these to keep my bedroom door open so my dog can go in and out as needed. She tends to scratch the paint if I close it all the way. These work good to solve that problem. And I place them high on the door and they’re barely noticeable.
