> 24 hourI opened my box for the new printer and there was toner all over it. It looks like they took a returned printer, and re-taped it with orange tape and sold it as new. The print quality is very good, though.

> 24 hourThis is not a good home office option with the many layers of accounting and large network accounts for multiple users. If I wanted to print anything, I had to use wifi printing, that worked fine, but I had to email all the documents to my phone.

> 24 hourLatest versions will not allow non-Xerox toner. No one can afford to operate these printers using Xerox toner.

> 24 hourI just bought a new Xerox C400 color laser printer & wanted it to be wireless. I used the Xerox wireless component. Its tiny: only about 1 1/2 x 1. I removed a small plastic door on the back of the printer & snapped this into the USB slot behind the tiny door I removed –– a plastic clip also snaps into a hole to keep it snugly in place. Then I plugged in a USB cable just below to allow a hardlink, too. I turned on the printer & followed the automatic steps the printer led me through on the printers control screen. It asked if I wanted to use just wifi or both, so I selected both. It then asked which wireless network was mine & asked my password. After I entered those things, it told me to restart the printer, which I did. Upon restart, I selected a document on my iPhone & told it to print. It asked me to choose the printer I had just set up, which I did, then told it to print. It printed instantly. I then opened a document on my desktop computer & instantly printed that through the USB connection. I then went 60 feet away & easily printed from another desktop computer & another iPhone using wifi! The printer came with all the software preinstalled, so I didnt need to use the CD disc that came with it. It couldnt have been easier! Xerox really has their act together... as easy to use their printers as Apple makes their computers & phones.

> 24 hourI purchased on March 5th of this year, 2021, and it is already broken. It will not feed anything through the bypass tray. This is a piece of junk. I do not recommend purchasing this printer!

> 24 hourGot this because I need to print a lot and often. First problem was it refused to work without a wifi adaptor.Fine spent the extra $50 to get that. [which lasted 3 months and had to be replaced]. After 8 months of working just fine it started acting up. Printings thousands of pages of random script, refusing to connect to computer, or just flat out not printing anything. Did every trouble shoot that is available from the company and it still wont work. cons Set up was annoying. Especially if you are unaware you needed that wifi adaptor. It NEVER connected to the wifi, i had to have the adaptor AND a cord to computer for it to print. Logs you out after a few minutes despite changing the settings. Jammed every 200 pages or so Just stops working despite being compatible it killed 2 USB ports on my computer pros: when it works it works great the laser printer was originally cheaper than buying new ink every other week. In the end I have this giant heavy pile of jink I cant use and cant get rid of. Highly disappointed in this overall. I needed a small business printer and got...junk. Either cover yourself and get the return insurance or find something better is my advice.

> 24 hourI have had my Xerox C400N printer for almost 3 years. It consistently produces high-quality print jobs in color and black-and-white. Very, very dependable. When it has needed service, Xerox eConcierge telephone service is responsive and iwell-informed, and the on-site service is prompt. I love this printer, but will probably upgrade to the C405 when this one reaches the end of its service life at 80,000 pages - I am at 60,000 now. One nice aspect to this printer is that it will print on 80# cardstock. Most printers will not do this dependably. Also, understand that the price of the printer is subsidized by Xerox, knowing that they will make up the difference when they sell you their toner cartridges. However, buying genuine Xerox toner cartridges also entitles you to free tech support and repair service. To me, that’s worthwhile, even though Xerox products are much more expensive than their generic counterparts. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat!

> 24 hourThe origional belt unit prints very good but after a couple hundred pages it started to squeek. I called for waranty service, they sent a replacement waste toner after two weeks and three calls. Still squeeked so they sent a new belt unit. This belt printed very streaky, I called asked for a replacement . Waited two weeks and recalled but it was not yet shipped. So I am forced to print with the squeeky belt. Very poor service.
