The keyboard is fantastic. I love how it looks and feels plus being so customizable is a huge plus. Ive already modded the stabilizers though because they were super shaky but after researching this keyboard I knew they would be. My only gripe is the switches that it came with (I opted for gateron blue) are garbage. Ive had this keyboard less than a month (with minimal use) and three of the switches are no good. One was bad straight out the box. Ill be swapping out all the switches asap.

I love my keyboard—it’s an amazing keyboard for people who are starting out in the keyboard hobby. I got it with gateron yellows and the stock switches are so smooth and thocky, it’s unreal. I might never go back to clicky/blue switches ever again. The stabs came factory lubed, but like the reviews have said, they were very rattle-y, but with some clipping and taping, they weren’t half bad! What WAS bad, were the keycap and switch pullers that came with them. I struggled so much with changing my keycaps, but luckily, i have another keycap puller. I bought some krytox 205g0 to lube the stabs and switches with, and I dread using the switch puller because it’s such a nightmare. If you choose to buy this keyboard, just buy a separate keycap/switch puller and save yourself the migraines. Also, the rubber feet at the bottom were uneven so it left the keyboard wobbling very often. This can be fixed but it’s kinda annoying. All in all though, i’m still thoroughly pleased and very happy with what I got for the amount I paid!

This is my third time buying this keyboard, the first two were gifts for my daughter and friend. While I was setting up some pudding keycaps on theirs, I fell in love with the lighting preset called Flowers Blooming, so much so that I decided to get one for myself. Keyboard arrived quickly, slapped some front side legend puddings on it and tried to set the preset to the one I like, turns out its the only one that doesnt work. Selecting that preset, either through the FN+PGUP or through the software, the effect is that of Go with the stream, but slightly slimmer color bands. Im wondering if I need to return it, or if theres a firmware update that I just havnt had the skill to find yet. Very let down with an otherwise beautify product (would be 5 stars without the problem voiding the entire reason for the purchase)

This is a good price for a starter mechanical keyboard. And the fact that its hot-swappable means you can swap out all the parts necessary to make it really shine. The Gateron switches that it comes with arent going to be great and youll probably want to upgrade. Gateron Pro Yellows would be my recommendation for linear switches. The keycaps are technically PBT, but theyre thinner than normal high quality keycaps, and definitely dont feel the same as what Im used to on higher end boards. So I recommend purchasing something else, such as YMDK doubleshot keycaps available here on Amazon. The stabilizers arent great and those can be either lubed/modded or replaced with better stabs. The appearance is very nice, you get to see the RGB LEDs shine through the translucent acrylic material for a unique look. The built in effects are fun to play with and there is apparently software to customize it, but I havent tried that yet as it seems to be more of a hack rather than anything official.

update - company was very willing to fix issues & work with me to solve this problem The RGB feature of the base is messed up after about a month of use. I use the keyboard with it off but it’s still frustrating how fast it broke.

My 11 year old daughter spent her birthday money to buy this keyboard. It looked/felt/typed great for about 7 months and then the lights just stopped working for the keys. Weve tried everything but cant get the key lights working again, though the lights around the border still work. Loved it while it worked but now is just a regular keyboard for an expensive price that cant be used in low light settings. UPDATE: The XVX shop didnt have any hints nor did we see how to contact them, but reading the questions under the product we learned that FN + The backspace key for 5-7 does a factory reset, which caused the lights to start working again.

I love this keyboard! Its just gorgeous RBG and so eye catching. I went through 6 keyboards before I finally found this one, which made all that switching and not settling for any keyboard worth it. Im a very happy with it! I got brown switches because i heard it was the best of both blue and red switches and I gotta say, typing has never been more satisfying and smooth. The colors are gorgeous on this and I am so glad I spent the money to buy this.

The F1 key LED doesnt light up on the one I received. Adjusting the lighting is not straight forward as it should be. After digging online I found the software and was able to customize it with a per key lighting setting instead of global built in effects. I took one star off mostly for the key that would not light. Otherwise for the price this is good for a decent keyboard that is among the brightest available. Keys are quiet with a soft touch.

This keyboard works, is already nice stock, and I personalized it to my preference by replacing the Gateron Blue with Kailh BOX Jade, and the stock OEM shimethru keycaps with XDA Manekineko keycap set. I read a review that apparently, due to the hotswap nature, the keys and keyswitches fall out of the board if you flip it upside down- this does not at all happen for me. If anything, the keyswitches are to me quite firmly in there- there are some little recesses in the acrylic for the keyswitch hooks to fit into. I suspect the other reviewer may have improperly installed their switches, or used very worn out or misshapen switches. I saw in another reviewer complain the boards plastic case is flimsy and will flex if you twist it. It does flex a little when I twist it but thats such a weird and deliberate action- the cases slight flex is just not an issue at all for daily typing and use. Maybe this is a problem if you bring your keyboard with you in a flexible bag? But I feel the reports of this keyboard being too flexible are very exaggerated. I noticed the stock images show different keycap fonts on the keycaps. I attached a pic of my stock keycaps to show the font used on the version I received in Feb 2021. It is a much cleaner font than the kind of ugly font you see on most cheap shinethrough keycaps.
