Got one for my Yamaha F 150 upon recommendation of more experienced boater friend. Not verified, but he had recently purchased a new boat with a Yamaha F115 and the motor came with one of these and the manual said the warranty required the use of it.Just dont let your buddy install it on the zert side...it happens.
