YAXI EARPADS for Koss PORTAPRO (Orange)

Very soft. They feel like theyre made of a high quality material. I bought them first for a pair of PortaPros and a pair of KPH30is. Then I bought another pair for my KSC75s. Many question the fit. The photos show if you bend the mounting arms on the KSC75s, they fit great still. Idk what kinda sonic quality is changed by the increased space off the ear but to me they still sound good. Id say you may lose some perceived volume with the larger space off the ear. But on my Galaxy S9+ I can still get the volume to my liking without maxing them out. That said, Im sure if I put them on my DAC/Amp, I could drive them fine to whatever volume I would want.

Very smooth and comfortable while using with KSC75. Love it so much. I should have bought it much earlier.

The video link was a link to a youtube video, by the way. Also, I did fix those headphones with some machine screws, now they look all cyberpunk, so... winning.

My college aged kid loves them!! Uses them all the time.

The difference in comfort is unbelievable. Adds so much soundstage to a headphone already dripping with it. Makes them wearable for 2 additional hours when compared to the base pads before my ears started feeling sore

I recently purchased my first pair of Koss Porta-Pro headphones and saw these earpads recommended in several places on the web. I decided to get a set and I’m glad I did. These Yaxi pads are definitely provide more cushion than the factory pads, they are comfortable, and they do make a noticeable difference in the sound. I noticed a fuller midrange sound and a bit less treble. The difference isn’t incredibly dramatic, but it was noticeable and I think the headphones sounded a bit more balanced for my tastes. If you’re purchasing a set of Porta-Pro headphones, these pads are worth the money.

Yaxi and Koss should get together and make these the default pads...they turn a pair of already amazing for the money headphones and elevate them to the next level. Pillowy soft like the furry lil woodland critters are sitting gently on your ears. I cannot recommend these enough.

Easy upgrade for the porta pros that makes them sound better and more comfortable.
