This one is way quieter than the last one. The orange light freaked me out a bit, but then I read that its just in stand by mode when its orange. Other than that, it works fine.

This particular NON OEM POWER BRICK made my games blurred... Yes it powered my Xbox. Yes it is quiet, I was not happy with the quality of the visual. So I plugged my old Xbox power brick. I am returning this ASAP to purchase only Microsoft Xbox power brick in which it just over heats until I put a cooling fan on it but I need to replace it still... Worth purchasing: No, only if you dont care about quality of the visual...Input & output details are not the same...By far...

For the first 2-3 weeks it’s going yo be quite but randomly it’s going to make a really loud and annoying sound.After awhile you’ll forget about it and get used to it. Only bad thing it’s the noise but overall it gets the job done
