Perfect and saves lots of space

Dinged box, also bought a halogen light because no lights included and it never worked so it may be damaged. Not surprised just disapointed.

My fault for not seeing the lamps sold separately printed small in the corner. I was desperately looking for the proper source of lighting that my turtles need. I cant even test this product because LIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Im not saying its a bad purchase, however I am saying this product is overpriced and the description was uninformative. Had I known about the light issue, Id have maybe went a different route about my purchase. My current heat lamp fixture was less than $20 (lamp-$11, 100 watt heated light-$8). This fixture alone without lights is $30 with tax. Now I have to buy lights and wait for them to arrive. I would give it a 2-star for inconvenience, but I received it in 2 days (on a Saturday) and got excited when I saw it. Bottom line: this product should be reduced in price.

Working great for our new turtle! Easy to turn on. Be careful it gets very hot quickly so let it cool down before moving.

this item does not include the 2 bulbs needed with the lamp. It would be nice if the product specified this... Also, there is only one power switch, so that may mean that you have to turn both bulbs on and off together.

This fixture would be great if the bulbs they made to go with it actually worked. The UVB bulb is great, but the mini halogen got progressively weaker over the course of a week to make it worthless. It is an expensive waste of money. I should have just gone with a mercury bulb and fixture from the start considering it was about equal to the cost of this fixture as well as the two bulbs that you have to buy separately. Frustrating.

Works great for our leopard gecko in a 10-gallon tank. Keeps the tank around 92 with a 50-watt bulb and provides all the light he needs!
