I realized that my rat had been escaping her tank a while ago so I started to look for a lid that would be sturdy and durable to resist her nibbling. This is exactly that. I had trouble trying to find one that had a center hinge but this was the perfect find.

Using it on a 60gal fish tank but for turtles. Fits great, very sturdy and it does everything I need it to do.

Box arrived in good condition, but the lid itself is broken and bent, 2 of the 4 hinges are broken so it looks like it shipped already damaged. Quality seems lacking even if it wasnt damaged. Would not buy again, would not recommend

sturdy frame, shipped in a huge box, much bigger than needed, but it was not damaged. It does rust so if youre using as an aquarium cover like I am, you may need to protect the section that is most likely to be in contact with water. I used plastic wrap on one section nearest to the water filter. so the water splashes on the plastic and wont hurt the cover.

Fits well. Top mesh is not super strong, I tried to cut the zip ties off that held the packaging and it ripped the mesh instead of cutting the zip ties. I had to get a pair of wire cutters to ensure I didnt break the mesh any more.
