Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle UVB Heat Lighting Kit

> 3 dayThis light works very well and my 2 baby painted turtles spend hours and hours basking under the light. It keeps their dock area very warm and the uvb is a must for aquatic turtles. They are very healthy and full of energy, chasing the guppies around the tank. I had just a heat lamp on them originally and Ive noticed they are much more active and lively since adding the uvb light. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayItem was exactly what I needed but it quit working within 30 minutes of being plugged in. I messed with it and realized that it was because the ceramic light fixture was loose and the UV light had already burned out. I tightened the ceramic parts and it has been working every since.

> 3 dayThis light fixture is broken. One of the cords has faulty wiring which showed up within a week of purchasing. NOW it is past the return date and One of the lights turns itself off multiple times per day. SO frustrating to spend on and item which is broken!

> 3 dayI’ve had this light for a few months and both bulbs run 12 hours a day on a timer. Neither have burned out, the basking light produces plenty of heat for my Northern Map turtle. Would buy again Edit: took 8 months for the basking bulb to burn out running 12 hours a day everyday. UV bulb still running strong

> 3 dayNice set up for my indoor aquatic red ear slider. Good Quality - hopefully any replacement lamps will be easily obtainable in the future.

Greater than one weekThis combo accessory is perfect new addition to or turtles habitat! Love that both the light and the heat bulb are in one unit. Each side has its own cord with on/off switch. We plugged them both in to a timer switch to go on and off as needed.
