Its just right.

Space saving hood design, and light is very good for my chameleons screen cage.

wish they would last more then a year

I read reviews on this product and I saw good and bad. I decided to Try this fixture out. I really don’t have a problem with this unit at all and have been using it for a couple of days. No issues as of yet.. fingers crossed I do recommend it at this point.

I just received this yesterday it was in the Box already put together I dont think it was new I think it was used when I put it on to test it a roach fell out of it

VERY sturdy hood, it feels very well made. Includes a 5.0 uvb bulb if you didnt know (i didnt realize it came with one when i ordered it). T5 fixtures are a bit pricey but i think this is going to serve me well for many years to come.

working good, doesnt get hot A+++

When I plugged this unit in it crackled then kept flickering. Turned it off, gave it some time, turned it back on and it not only did it crackle and flicker, it started to smell like electricity.

Great for screen chameleon cage

Started to smoke up and was a warm yellow color and burnt out on first turn on. Didn’t last a second, wouldn’t trust this for 12 months. Disappointed.
