> 3 dayThis wool is a nice shade of white, feels good, very clean and was delivered to my door in 2 days. My issue is that it does not wet-felt as easily as some I have purchased elsewhere. I use it to make felted soap, it does not shrink as tightly nor felt well with other wool of color. It could be that they are not the same type of wool (the other was Merino) or it could be operator error, I dont know... I dont needle felt so I dont have any opinion on how it might work for that. I guess my best advice would be: if you are a wet-felter dont make a large purchase of this wool until you have tried it out. I will continue to use this up for my soap and will update this review if I discover some wet-felting success tips along the way. Also, as you can see from the picture, mice love this wool so dont put it unattended on the counter to dry and then leave home for 2 days. Hahaha

Greater than one weekAmazing value for the amount you get, both my boxes were a tiny bit over on weight too which is nice. It felts like a dream and is easy to work this and size for projects. It doesn’t felt too hard at the start too and very soft and fluffy. Love it!

Natural Colors, Un-Dyed Corriedale Wool Roving
Corriedale wool is a favorite around the world for its softness and strength. It is great for needle felting, wet felting, and spinning. The Corriedale sheep is a cross between the Merino and Lincoln breeds. This special cross produces a thick, strong wool fiber that is also very soft.
- Ecru (natural white): 29.5 micron fiber.
- Sand: 29.5 micron fiber.
- Mocha: 24.5 micron fiber
- Dark Chocolate: 28.5 micron fiber.
- All of the Corriedale colors have a staple length of 90 mm (3.5 inches).

These beautiful wool rovings are sourced from sheep farms in South America. After shearing, the raw fiber is sorted for color, then cleaned, carded, and combed at wool mills in the USA (the Ecru) and Uruguay (the Sand, Mocha, and Dark).
