These are well made and durable (my cat tried to tear into them to no avail). I will say, however, that they work great in that they hide the walking by smell i.e. they block odor that is strong from people smelling it. They are not great at actually getting rid of the smell up close. Example: I use my lift trainers 4-5 times a week and come home with them smelling and put the purifying bags in them. No smell if your passing by. If you get up close and smell them they do still stink. Ive found that using an ozone generator like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JAP7388/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is better at really removing the smell.

Updated: added a couple stars due to seller response. They believe in their product, even if I dont and they did what they could to resolve my complaint. I dont know if I just got a dud or what. I left all 12 bags out all day in direct sunlight as directed. Couldnt even smell them a little bit. Tried to use them anyway. Put some in a shoe locker, and some directly in the shoes. It has had zero effect. Waste of money.

Ive used similar products to these but never for my shoes and wow these things are wonderful. There is no scent.. thats a good thing, I dont want my feet smelling like flowers .. no thanks. Super easy to use, just place in window when not using to recharge and place one in each shoe to get rid of the stink... PERFECT. Do I recommend? YES

These work so well at absorbing smell. The pouches were longer than expected but fit perfectly in most shoes. There is a faint smell from the charcoal but it is very faint. The pouches are durable (we have had them a few months now) and thick. They are very easy to use and work great (they literally absorb odor within 10 minutes). We used them for shoes but you could use them other places like got a car or in a closet or etc.

I have purchased these before. They are very effective for smelly sneakers and shoes. And since they can be recharged in the sun make an efficient and cost effective option.

THE REASON I BOUGHT THESE WAS THAT WE HAVE A REALLY BAD PROBLEM WITH DUST IN. OUR HOUSE AND WE ARE VERY ALLERGIC TO DUST. WHAT A BLESSING! I AM STILL AMAZED THAT WHERE EVER I PUT THESE NEAR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, IT DO NOT HAVE DUST. THEY HAVE BEEN IN PLACE IN SOME AREAS FOR OVER THREE WEEKS AND NO DUST HAS SHOWN UP YET. WOW! WHAT A RELIEF.

I’m a figure skater and I put them into my skates after I have warn them and they work amazing!! I also put them into my shoes and they also work. It’s hard to find something to take the odor away from figure skaters feet n these work. I highly recommend them

I have purchased these more than once now. They have been used in shoes, a gym bag, and in Boxing gloves. They don’t leave a residual smell and seem to work pretty darn well. I have recommended them to several people at kickboxing for their boxing gloves too.
