We previously have tried a couple different athletic tapes for my daughter. This is so much easier and she can do it herself without us having to cut/tear tape pieces. These are also less bulky which she likes. They still fall off at some point in the night, but other tapes wouldn’t even last while she laid there trying to fall asleep, so that is a win.

Moderate viscosity will not harm the skin but it is also very strong and firm. Sticking it on mouth while sleeping will not interfere with your sleep.

I bought this to use with my CPAP. It’s simple to use, just wash your face and apply. It kept my mouth closed all night, insuring I would breathe through my nose only, and came off easily and painlessly in the morning. I’m very pleased with this product and will buy again.
