This mouth tape is a great solution not only to help her to sleep without me snoring, but also for myself to be able to breathe through my nose and not my mouth. Love them! They stay on & stay in place while I was sleeping. When it was time to remove them, they came off gently without pulling my skin or leaving it raw. Its a really neat product that helps keep your mouth closed! LoL make sure you say everything you wanna say before putting them on your lips!!

These are gentle on your skin overall (though I get chapped lips often so that can suck a little bit taking them off in the morning. I snore loudly and though these don’t always get rid of the snoring completely they make it easier for my wife to get some sleep.
