My doctor had expressed that I should tape my mouth at night, that it helps with getting a more restful sleep. I decided to give these mouth tapes a try. They are in an X shape and I just placed over my mouth before bed. The adhesive was strong enough to keep my mouth closed but did not cause any skin issues (and I have very sensitive skin). With the X shape it still allowed for the sides of my mouth to use a straw and I did not feel claustrophobic with it on. Very comfortable. I love that you get so many in this pack too. Highly recommend if you are looking to try mouth tapping and want to get the best quality product inexpensively!

Ive used a lot of different types of mouth tape. I personally like this X shape, and I like that these come in a 120-pack. Will purchase again.

I purchased these to help keep my mouth closed while sleeping and they do work, however I have to keep my beard trimmed. The more my beard is trimmed the more effective the tape is. If a beard is not a factor, can’t recommend these enough.

These are gentle on your skin overall (though I get chapped lips often so that can suck a little bit taking them off in the morning. I snore loudly and though these don’t always get rid of the snoring completely they make it easier for my wife to get some sleep.

I really like this mouth tape! It’s a perfect shape and is the perfect amount of sticky so that it stays on the whole night! It even has a texture that helps it stay in place. Plus it comes with so many in one pack!
