I purchased these to help keep my mouth closed while sleeping and they do work, however I have to keep my beard trimmed. The more my beard is trimmed the more effective the tape is. If a beard is not a factor, can’t recommend these enough.

I really thought this would feel like a severe waxing when removing this, but that wasn’t the case at all! I’m extremely satisfied with this! I used to walk up to a dry mouth every morning and now I don’t!

Great at night, it forces you to sleep with your mouth open which is great because it prevents you from having other health issues, I would recommend to buy.

I purchased this product because my husband tends to sleep with his mouth open while using his CPAP which causes severe dry mouth. He used it for the first time last night and it made a difference by reducing dry mouth although he is still getting used to wearing the CPAP. It worked as expected.
