I purchased this product because my husband tends to sleep with his mouth open while using his CPAP which causes severe dry mouth. He used it for the first time last night and it made a difference by reducing dry mouth although he is still getting used to wearing the CPAP. It worked as expected.

I was surprised by how small they were but way more efficient than using the other tape and having to tape over my whole mouth. I will absolutely continue to buy these for better sleep.
