(2 in 1) Tempered Glass Top LCD Screen Protector + HD Clear Crystal PET Buttom LCD Screen Protective Filter for 3DS XL/New 3DS XL

The tempered glass for the bottom screen of my 3DS does not fit entirely. It covers most of it, however there is a little bit of the screen that did not get covered. My 3DS is the new 3DS, which is what this product is advertised for. The tempered glass for the bottom screen is also thinner than the one for the top screen. It feels more like a sticker than actual tempered glass. I think the tempered glass for the bottom screen should be just as thick as the one for the top screen. It feels like I was duped here when it comes to the tempered glass for the bottom screen.

I treat my New 3DS XL pretty gently and I always keep it inside a carrying case when not using it. I dont slam it shut or put unnecessary pressure on it when closed. Im running into a problem with this product where the glass is pretty thick and is making contact with the bottom bezel around the touch screen and cracking the glass screen protector over time. Im wondering if I need to add some additional plastic feet inside my 3DS shell the prevent this contact from happening, but its pretty annoying.

I have had bought screen protectors from Glass before, but I have never seen something like this. Worse screen protector I have bought yet. Instructions are not clear and the tools are not as expected. Hopefully they will send me another batch or a refund. *Update: replacement was sent 1 day after. I managed to install it better with the tools I had from the Switch protective glass. They give you a blue hard paper in this package which is unacceptable.

The two included glass screen protectors are great and fit the top screen very well. The bottom TPU screen protectors miss some space on the bottom screen vertically. Functionally, it lets you remove the screen protector more easily, but does not provide full coverage. This bothers me, but realistically it doesnt really affect protection at all.

I gave this screen protector 3 stars because only the top tempered glass screen protector fits completely and has little trouble with air bubbles under it. I also got two sets of wipes and the wet wipe in both packs was BONE DRY!! The top screen protector is easy to lift and lay back again to get rid of air bubbles and it adheres well. But the bottom screen cover is a whole nother ball game! Lots of air bubbles and they do NOT come out easily! I still ended up with 4 bubbles after about 45 minutes of concentrated effort! This screen cover is also much more difficult to lift to get rid of bubbles and pushing them to the edge doesnt work either. Overall, not impressed.

Not much to say here. Its a good screen protector. Be aware, that the lower screen protector is made out of plastic because its also a touch screen. The upper screen protector is glass, though. And yes, theres a very small gap left unprotected in the lower screen. Its not really a problem for me.

This screen protector came in a simple box, easy to open. The main thing to say is that you should be careful putting the screens on, as air bubbles easily form. Once I started playing, however, I couldnt see them, they didnt interfere with 3D, and they havent seemed to effect the touch screen either. A decent product, but the user should be careful.

Ive bought like 4 of these and everytime Ive applied the top screen protector to a new new 3ds it cracks from one of the corners, every time. It still protects the screen but wtf, literally just applied one to a 3ds I was modding for my buddy left it over night and in the morning it was broken. Like how, how does that even happen? Putting these on and having it come out perfect is an unrealistic goal only chased by fools. Im the fool and soon you may be as well.

I used this on my new Nintendo 3DS XL. The protector for the bottom screen is a transparent film covering thats okay but doesnt fit as well as it should. It leaves a small unprotected gap at the top and bottom of the screen but fits near perfect on the left and right side. The protector for the top screen is more durable and made of glass but it also doesnt fit as well as it should. With the top screen protector youll either have a small gap all the way around it or youll have a slightly bigger gap on the top or bottom and on the left or right side. It comes with 2 of each screen protector in the pack but youll likely need to use both like I did. The reason I had to use both was one of the lower screen protectors was already damaged somehow and was throw out immediately. With the glass pieces I was able to use only one but its not perfect. Im guessing the glue wasnt applied evenly and one corner just wont stay completely down giving the effect of an air bubble in that corner. At this point I didnt want to risk pulling it off and the remaining unused one be even less effective. The kit comes with 2 wet wipes and 2 dry wipes in small sealed packages that remind me of the wet wipes youd get at a restaurant after eating hot wings. I quickly decided not to use them at all because it left very fine scratches on one of my screens. It says it comes with a microfiber cloth but Im assuming these wipes are what they mean. These wipes arent even close to a microfiber cloth and actually create very fine scratches. If you want something that works but not perfectly and dont want to spend much then this item is for you. If you do decide to purchase it I highly recommend you have an actual microfiber cloth handy because what they include are trash and will scratch your screens. You definitely get what you pay for with this product.

Its good enough. I have a few complaints though. The bottom protector for the touch screen left a tiny bubble with proper instillation. The bottom film is also not cut perfectly and dose not cover the entire screen from edge to edge. However this may be so that its easier to remove if you want to because the touch screen is not flush with the body. I would hate to scratch the screen trying to get a full sized one off. The top one is fine with no bubbles and fits perfectly. Also the wet wipes it came with to clean the screen were not wet at all but thats just a minor inconvenience. The reason Im subtracting a star is because the bubble under the touch screen film did not correct itself like allot of other products do. So my advice is take it very slowly and be sure its perfect before you let go.
