2020 Apple iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 256GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I bought 2 of them second one had scratches on the screen I wanted one that was nicer they sent me a nicer one . But battery life was poor only laying about 3 to 4 hours so I asked for a refund on one sent it back never heard anything contacted there phone number for days after returning the 11” pro ipad . Leaving voices mails an emails. Finally had to contact Amazon an they issued my refund . I won’t by a renewed ipad from tech venture ever again .

I got the 256 GB. Perfect amount of storage for my art. The tablet came with a screen protector. I couldn’t tell if they had any minor scratches but they don’t look visible to the screen. It came in a brown box with a charger. Cameras work great. And it was definitely worth it for the price.

Renewed product but it is pretty good

I had an aging iPad ( 2nd gen ) that I was patient with but I could no longer take it. I needed to either get a laptop or a better iPad. The iPad Pro platform is very good and with the available applications you can pretty much do what you can with a laptop. The one I bought was in good shape and operated like I expected it to. I can work in a waiting room, in a hotel room, or my living room chair. I am very pleased with this used iPad Pro. I didn’t have to go out and buy the latest and greatest, I just needed one to work great.

Received the iPad. Noticed a small semi-circle crack in the screen. I initiated the return process. I was told by Amazon that the seller would send me a return label. They did, but it was not a pre-paid label. I am not going to pay return postage on a product that was sent damaged. The price was good, so I will just keep it.

The included charger did not work at all, the screen had some minor scratches but that is to be expected from a used product, its not noticeable when using it. Came with 88% battery health which is fine as its above the 80% they promised.

It is like brand new! There’s no scratches on it and it works perfectly I am definitely happy with my purchase only the cord to charge didn’t work and that’s not a big deal the tablet works amazing and I couldn’t be happier

The charger was not an Apple charger and would not charge the unit. Fortunately I already have a charger that would work. I know it is a renewed item but expected it to work. I provided them with a bunch of info they asked for me to provide and then never heard back.

This was a birthday gift and it was a total hit! It’s fun and functional. The video quality is better than my iPad and so much potential for creativity here.

Got this for my SO because she was doing all her artwork on her iphone (and it was still amazing!). Bought this as an early birthday present and she just cant put it down.
