> 24 hourI ordered these and they came used in a ziplock bag with dried white milk remnants. Absolutely disgusting. Nowhere did it mention sending used parts. I expected brand new from a sealed bag.

> 24 hourIf youve been told your a size 17 then buy these! Having appropriate flange size pumping parts is vital to pulling the most milk possible. Most pumps come with larger flange size parts, so I desperately needed these. They worked well. The suction was strong and efficient without being uncomfortable. These worked lovely with my Spectra S2 pump. Dont hesitate- but them!

> 24 hourI have a Spectra S2 pump which came with 24 and 28 mm flanges. Well, after pumping with both sizes and suffering greatest, I realized my nipples were much SMALLER, and I therefore needed a smaller diameter of flange. The problem was that officially, Spectra’s smallest flange size is 20 mm, and even that was still too large! I’m sooooo happy I found these 17mm flanges—pumping is no longer excruciating, and I don’t dread it anymore! These flanges, despite being made by a 3rd party, fit all of my Spectra pump parts. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find smaller size flanges, as it seems the standard flanges are comically large, but I am very grateful a company has made smaller sizes, and I am very satisfied with these flanges!

> 24 hourThe first pair I bought had clearly been used (the packaging was ripped, there was grime on the flanges) and not cleaned which is just not sanitary for any baby. I returned those and got a new set. Second set was unopened and clean. They work just fine, just beware you may have to buy multiple until you get an unused pair. It’s hard to find 17 mm flanges otherwise I would’ve tried from a different brand given the first pair I bought.

> 24 hourI previously ordered silicone flange inserts to size down existing flanges, but I had a hard time using them because I couldn’t see my nipple through them well enough to tell if it was centered or not. Since purchasing these, I don’t want to use the others even though they’re the same diameter. I replaced my duckbills at the same time as switching to these flanges, so I can’t say that it’s all due to these, but my milk output is SO much higher, and I can empty my breasts in much less time than I was previously. Highly recommend these.

> 24 hourExclusive pumper here. Bought the 15mm - yes, actually need them this tiny. Definitely helped with draining the milk significantly faster so that was a win. But dang. The tunnels are SO short, I get sucked all the way down to the end so my nips are hitting the end. Not the answer for super elastic+skinny nips. Ouch!

> 24 hourI’ll take it since there aren’t a ton of options when you don’t fit the standard flanges that come with every pump, but they do leak if you’re not careful. A rubber gasket would go a long way to seal the top. If I lean too far forward because my toddler needs something, I can feel milk dripping off the side of the collection bottles.
