After trying to pump with my Spectra S2 pump for months I finally discovered the standard flanges were way too big. I was super discouraged when I found out spectra didn’t offer anything smaller than 21. But these are perfect! They attach wonderfully with my pump, hoses and valve.

I’ve had a set of these I used for my son, saved them and used them again for my daughter - the first set broke - however it was out through MANY HOURS of pumping. So I put them through the ringer and after 2 years of pumping I had to buy another set! I’d say they are extremely durable and long lasting which is why I bought another set because I know it will last me a long time!

These fit my Spectra S1 perfectly.

I have gotten several knockoff flanges as Im trying to find my best fit. My only complaint is at least I cannot personally see any numbers indicating the size they are. I can figure it out, but I have to closely compare. I wish it were just written on there. Otherwise great product

I’ll take it since there aren’t a ton of options when you don’t fit the standard flanges that come with every pump, but they do leak if you’re not careful. A rubber gasket would go a long way to seal the top. If I lean too far forward because my toddler needs something, I can feel milk dripping off the side of the collection bottles.

Compatible with spectra pump! Going down a bit from the factory size is alot more comfortable!

I have a spectra breadt pump but I didnt realize until my lactation consultant sized me that my nipples are 17 and 15 mm. I was using a size 21 mm flange because thats the smallest size that spectra offers. Im thankful that maymom offers these products so I can size down and be more comfortable amd get better milk output. Im getting more ounces of milk for my second baby and I think the correct flange sizing has helped. I have even have a freezer stash this time compared to when I struggled to provide for my previous child. Thanks maymom!

These flanges were a good price and worked great on my spectra s 1 plus. Would recommend for anyone who needs to order additional sizes or spare parts.

If youve been told your a size 17 then buy these! Having appropriate flange size pumping parts is vital to pulling the most milk possible. Most pumps come with larger flange size parts, so I desperately needed these. They worked well. The suction was strong and efficient without being uncomfortable. These worked lovely with my Spectra S2 pump. Dont hesitate- but them!
