6 inch/152mm Hole Saw Heavy Duty Bi-Metal HSS Hole Saw for Cornhole Boards, Plywood, Iron Board, Acrylic, Ducts, Ceiling Lights, Cinder Wall

I am setting up cornhole boards using Baltic Birch. I had to switch to a corded drill as i couldnt get very far in a cordless. Overall I think it would work better with something like a drill press, but just wasnt as easy to get thru multiple board surfaces to make the 6 hole. Even though it was a fair price, i decided to return it. Teeth for me werent as sharp as i felt they could have been.

I used the saw to cut a cornhole board out. Went right through a 1/2” birch solid core plywood without a problem. Drilled a perfect hole no wobbling. Would recommend.

I bought this to put LED lights in a bathroom ceiling. it was a 1/2 plater 1/2 drywall ceiling. by the 3rd hole, this thing had very few teeth. glad I only needed it for 3 holes, but the last one I had to finish with a drywall blade.

Bought to use to make corn hole boards for my daughters wedding reception. Worked perfectly! Boards turned out nicely. On to the next set.

It didn’t work with my dry wall I have to finish the job by hand saw

Built corn hole boards out of plexiglass, taped up area to drill . Went through with no problem

This was exactly what I was looking for. A simple, cheap way to make a few Cornhole boards. Was able to make 2 perfect holes in 1/2” plywood with this saw and a two handled corded drill. Using the reverse direction method, and going slowly- almost no sanding was needed to clean up the holes. Plugs came out with ease. I would not want to use this with a cordless drill or count on this to make my living, but for the amateur hobbyist- it’s about perfect.
