> 3 dayBought this hole saw because I thought it would be the better option. Came with 3 bits. One bit was broken in the box upon receiving it. Not a big deal, there was 2 more. Attempted to use it on some sheet metal, wouldnt cut through it. The Allen screw to secure the drill but doesnt stay tight, just vibrates loose and falls out no matter how tight you make it. Also the locking mechanism fell apart so its no longer usable. I ended up getting done what I needed, it at least made a nice template in the sheet metal and I cut the rest out with a dremel.

> 3 dayThis is the size used for installing many can or recessed lights. I expected a lightweight, light duty saw intended for drywall. This is much more substantial than I expected. The saw itself is heavy and beefy, with a bottom plate over 5mm thick (nearly 1/4). The arbor is pretty standard heavy duty issue, with an extra drill bit. This is nicer than I expected for the price, and really beats using a jigsaw overhead.

Greater than one weekEdit: I was contacted by the seller after posting my original product review offering a refund if I “change my shopping experience”. Even with the offered refund I can only adjust this from one star to three stars due to thh HR e hassle and delay of having to acquire a replacement to finish my job. Original review follows: Bought this to drill holes in ceiling Sheetrock for led lights. First one went well, second one did good, third one got through with extra effort. Fourth one mostly got through but not quite. Tried it on the fifth one and it would barely scratch the surface. It’s done for, but I have ten more to drill! Don’t do it Ethyl! It’s just not worth it!

> 3 dayThis comes with everything you need right in the box. Sometimes you have to spend more money on an arbor or center mount. This has all of that so you can just open, assemble, and get to work in a few minutes. It is a beast on the cut teeth. I purchased to use to install a 6 inch ducting system for a laser cutter exhaust. It cuts 152 mil which is 2 mil larger than the ducting I am using. Duct hose and fittings all fit perfectly with this size. You will get years of service from this.

> 3 dayI had to cut a bunch of 6.1 inch holes into drop ceiling panels for canless LED lights. I tried to use a utility knife first... That was awful! This blade cut it nice and smooth. You need a bigger drill... It is large and you need to get the speed up before you dig in. Saved me a ton of time and frustration! Worth much more than the cost.

> 3 dayAbsolute garbage. Wouldn’t cut through what I needed it to. Wouldn’t even cut through 1/4 inch plywood. And it broke during use on wood.
