The product was exactly was what I wanted but it came crushed and charcoal from the filter media went all over the floor. The packaging was inappropriate for the merchandise.

The box the filters should have been in was tore up. The soft part of the filters were tore and charcoal was everywhere.

First, like others, the box had a lot of charcoal in it. Thats not a deal breaker for me. Some charcoal WILL come out during rinsing...this is why you rinse in the first place. These filters are not exactly the same as the filter that came with my Marine land Penguin 150. They DO NOT taper at the bottom like the one that comes with the filter. My 150 can use 2 filters. This filter does fit in the 1st slot, but not the back. Ill have to trim each one to make it fit. Theyre not even the same color as the one that came with the filter. Ill buy new ones to do a comparison, as Im pressed for time at the moment. I will also post pictures.

I get twice as many at this price compared to what I was paying in the store.

In this last shipment, the carbon had shaken out of the filters and was all over the inside of the shipping box. Usually thats not an issue. Kinda messy.
