The box the filters should have been in was tore up. The soft part of the filters were tore and charcoal was everywhere.

The product is fine, does what its used for. My issue is the packaging. Instead of putting it in a box it was in a cheap paper bag! The box was crushed which crunched the filters and released some of the charcoal. VERY disappointed!!
