In this last shipment, the carbon had shaken out of the filters and was all over the inside of the shipping box. Usually thats not an issue. Kinda messy.

Perfect fit and great amount so I dont run out.

The box was completely smashed when it arrived. It was sent in a plastic bag instead of a box. Most of filters seemed ok but the little “filter rocks” were everywhere. I’m assuming it will affect the quality somewhat.

The box the filters should have been in was tore up. The soft part of the filters were tore and charcoal was everywhere.
