These are great quality. They fit on the grinder like they should and are well balanced. They are very aggressive and remove paint quickly. They also last much longer than the black ones from the big box stores.

Got these for my right angle grinder - I have both a corded and cordless. Fit on perfectly. I used these to remove some rust from some mild sheet steel. Worked perfectly without being too aggressive. I would recommend. Good value for an 8 pack with regards to cost.

If you have an angle grinder and need to strip paint or wood, these are what you need. Aggressive and work amazingly well when used on a metal trailer to remove old paint.

Great for metal prep, removing paint, rust, etc. from metal but not affecting the metal itself. Works better than a wire wheel.

I use these stripping discs on my angle grinder to remove paint from an old truck I am refinishing. These discs are doing a great job and holding up well. I wish I knew what grit they were since it isnt listed but these discs work so well that I still gave them a 5-star rating.

I got these thinking they were like the stripping pads I use with my drill, but these are meant for a grinder. My drill pads are just pads with a hole that you screw down an arbor. Those can be used on either side but applying flat is not possible because of the arbor screw. These wheels have a built-in backing and metal reinforced arbor hole in the backing plate. The downside is they can only be used on one side. The upside is I can use them as a flat stripper with my grinder. I have a HF grinder and found the hole in these fit the grinder but were too small to fit around the indent in the nut. Thus, the force of the grinder was simply on the metal reinforcement band of the stripping wheel. That being said, I had no issues when I used this to smooth down old mortar from removed tiles. They worked pretty well, and perceptibly seemed to not wear down as fast as my other wheels. However, they also started being less effective about half-way worn as the surface became smoother from grinding the mortar. But overall, I really liked using these better than a wheel on a drill.

These are a great way to remove rust when preparing the surface for welding or painting. I turn to these before ever using a wire wheel or sanding disc. Good functional tool. One issue is the grit designation or lack of it. There is no information on the discs, and two colors: blue and purple. For abrasive products this usually means different grits. Only indication is in the Amazon description which notes 60 grit. Is this for one color or both? Other than that these are very useful.

Im currently working on a 1936 Chevrolet. The car is a older restoration that Im stripping the paint on. Im also redoing the interior and taking the sound deadening material off the inside. Not only do these strip paint great, they also make easy work stripping the sticky residue left behind from the sound deadening material. It last fairly well with light pressure on the paint. The residue from the sound deadening material does eat them away a little quicker. Fortunately the price of these are great compared to anyone local. I can purchase this 8 pack cheaper than two locally and they last the same. Definitely cant beat price, quality, and quantity. Less money I can spend on consumables, the more I can put into the project. When working on project vehicles, you never hear people talk about the price of consumables during the build process. Between sandpaper, sanding disc, cutoff wheels, welding supplies, welding gas, etc, you could easily have another grand tied up in the project. Its definitely nice to save some cash whenever you can.

These attached to my angle grinder very easily. I don’t work with a lot of metal but I do need to strip paint off wood. They work well at doing that. Even though they feel very rough the pads have some give to them so they don’t tear you wood apart. They do remove paint very quickly. I imagine they will work just as well removing rust off metal. I think these are a great price and work well and will be a good purchase for anyone needing to remove rust or paint.
