> 24 hourI have a late 2012 Mac mini and it was getting woefully slow with a lot of spinning beach ball time. Figure I’d try to max out the ram before buying a new computer. I don’t game, just internet browsing and home office related use. It had 4gb, bumped it up to 16gb. It’s not out of the box fast, still a little slow on startup, but once running, pretty close to new performance. Bottom line, seems to be $75 well spent, very easy to install.

> 24 hourWorked perfectly for me. Quadrupled the ram in my Mac mini and it is amazing. I can run creative cloud on it now!

> 24 hourI started having constant issues with my MacMini. Of course, I called my son who has more patience and knowledge than I do with figuring out what might be the problem. The long story short - after doing some other things, he believed that my memory was no longer sufficient to handle the many updates that are needed. So, We ordered the A-Tech 16 GB kit from Amazon Prime. Two days later, the envelope arrived but, lo and behold, there was nothing inside. After a phone call to Amazon, another envelope came this time with the product inside. My son came over and installed the new memory and ever since then, I have had no issues. Yea! Thanks A-Tech!

> 24 hourAlthough Apple does not officially support more than 8GB memory (2x 4GB) on the Mid-2012 Macbook Pro, I installed these two 8GB DIMMs and they are detected without issues, and seem to work flawlessly with the Catalina MacOS. Very happy with the purchase which is a great value for the money.

> 24 hourThis was one of my best purchases from Amazon. I have a mid 2012 MacBook Pro that had 4 GB of memory. Working from home and Zoom meetings were taking forever and sometimes not working at all. This easy upgrade doubled my memory and gave me the ability to keep using my Mac without having to upgrade to a new one. The mid 2012 MacBook Pro will only accept up to 8 GB of memory and cant go any higher, so dont pay attention to the reviews where their computer wouldnt boot up after installing the new memory. If you read their reviews they installed 16 GB. Keep this in mind when you purchase to do your research and make sure that your processor can run the amount of memory you are going to purchase. The install went quick, I watched a YouTube video to make sure I did it correctly. It took me longer to put the back of the computer back on and get the screws lined back up than it did to install the memory. This was WELL worth the money.
