no back lite disappointed with this buy

Pros:

Purchased for nline schooling. It was easy to set up. Not a bad price for all that this Chromebook has to offer; touch screen, crisp clean screen, sleek keyboard.

The computer stopped charging, I sent it back to Acer for repair. They found nothing wrong with it and returned it. It turns out the charger was bad, a new charger fixed the problem. The whole took about two weeks. I am very happy with this chrome book, aside from the charger going bad in less than a year.

Computer is fantastic. Screen is good, touchscreen works well. It is fast. Have not tried webcam. HOWEVER, apparently the operating system has a bug that I cannot find the fix for. It will not let you set up more than one user. Does not give you the screen with the option. Have been all over internet and is a common problem. If someone has a fix or I am just not doing something right, would appreciate it.

Very easy to use. Easily transferred data from old chrome book to new one. Big screen.

Light weight. Nice touch screen. Fairly responsive. Good bang for the buck. Would buy again.

Cant change the tiny text on tabs and bookmarks bar, not the page I know how to do that. I have searched every article and help columns and cannot get satisfactory answers. Without enlarging these texts on tabs and bookmarks bar this laptop is useless to me

This is my wifes daily driver laptop outside of work. As you might expect, its main functions are web-based. That is, what many of us are doing now and this laptop excels at this.

Slow, keys stick and do not work properly, and unable to download programs needed to work.
