I am really happy with my new Accer Chromebook.

I can not seem to figure out why my touch screen won’t work.

Cant change the tiny text on tabs and bookmarks bar, not the page I know how to do that. I have searched every article and help columns and cannot get satisfactory answers. Without enlarging these texts on tabs and bookmarks bar this laptop is useless to me

Originally, i was looking for a laptop, but found a Chromebook that will do everything i need. After shopping around, this was the best deal for the money. It was easy to set up right out of the box. The wifi is always strong and responds quickly with no lag time. It doesnt seem to slow down, even with many open windows or apps running simultaneously. I am impressed by the quality of video and love having the numerical pad (much easier to have a full keyboard). The touch screen is worth investing in...once you use it, you wont go back. Oh, it is super lightweight and holds a charge for days (even with heavy use). Dont know what else to say, except there is no need to hesitate.

I had never used the Chromebook- Why did I ever use the laptop? This is quick and efficent. Works well with our operating system as well. No complaints here.....

Computer is fantastic. Screen is good, touchscreen works well. It is fast. Have not tried webcam. HOWEVER, apparently the operating system has a bug that I cannot find the fix for. It will not let you set up more than one user. Does not give you the screen with the option. Have been all over internet and is a common problem. If someone has a fix or I am just not doing something right, would appreciate it.

The setup guide indicates to right click a favorite app to pin or unpin, but there is no pop-up. It launches the app by itself instead just like left-clicking. Returned this defective item to the manufacturer.

I like it all, especially the price, ordered 2.

consumer tech help for Acer (touch screen inoperative) is sent to Columbia. had tech i could undestand,got cut off. next person i could not understand. over 4 hours spent miserably. Gave up
