This is my 2nd chromebook and truthfully I have never had one issue with them. All of the windows updates would always cause issues with my HP computers. Never again will I purchase another HP

I can not seem to figure out why my touch screen won’t work.

Slow, keys stick and do not work properly, and unable to download programs needed to work.

consumer tech help for Acer (touch screen inoperative) is sent to Columbia. had tech i could undestand,got cut off. next person i could not understand. over 4 hours spent miserably. Gave up

Bought this for my granddaughter she loves it every thing she wanted in a Chromebook for her continued education.

I love the clarity and speed. Sometimes videos glitch when being presented in live meets.

Computer is fantastic. Screen is good, touchscreen works well. It is fast. Have not tried webcam. HOWEVER, apparently the operating system has a bug that I cannot find the fix for. It will not let you set up more than one user. Does not give you the screen with the option. Have been all over internet and is a common problem. If someone has a fix or I am just not doing something right, would appreciate it.

Very easy to use. Easily transferred data from old chrome book to new one. Big screen.

Light weight. Nice touch screen. Fairly responsive. Good bang for the buck. Would buy again.
