much better display than my old 11 inch acer and works nicely so far. East set up. Walks you through the basics

Had previously had a 2016 Acer, which was no longer supported by updates. This model was to be an upgrade. It worked well for 42 days, then died. No power; no ability to take a charge.

This is our 2nd Chromebook of this model - we got another in the updated model 2 years after purchasing our first Chromebook. The touch screen function is fun and useful. The Chromebooks dont match my MacBook, but they are much cheaper and the display is much larger. They are very useful.

Okay I was angry when my new chrome book had a blank screen and wouldnt turn on. Before returning it to Acer I looked up my unit. There was a hack for getting the screen to come up. You have to do a reboot of the system by holding down the power key until the blue light on the side goes off and then closing the cover. Then wait a few second and open the cover. The log on screen came up. Also check to see if the brightness had been turned down as that may be a problem as well

Light weight. Nice touch screen. Fairly responsive. Good bang for the buck. Would buy again.
