> 3 dayEl primer monitor que me enviaron tenia un defecto de fabrica en los laterales de la pantalla, lo devolví y me han enviado uno nuevo que esta perfecto, sorprende mucho la calidad de imagen y colores, también es bastante luminoso, realmente no se puede pedir mas por el precio que se paga.

> 3 dayThis is a good basic monitor if you are going to use it for your office. I would not recommend it for gaming though.

18-11-2024I bought one a couple of years ago and then bought a second one last year. Both still work well. I’ve never had any issues or screen bugs. I use it for work, gaming, editing, etc. Really good multi use monitor.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor to replace an old Viewsonic model that had fallen off my desk and cracked. This screen is pretty good, it is rated for 60Hz but has no problem overclocking to 75Hz which is where I keep mine. It has very thin bezels --so thin in fact that I can no longer mount my webcam to the top of it as it hangs down into the picture space. One thing I am a bit unhappy about, and other reviewers noted, the whites on this screen are a tad on the yellow side compared to my old Viewsonic. It bothered me more at first but I think Ive gotten used to it and it looks fine to me now. The base for this monitor is pretty grippy too and the whole assembly is really light. Ive always been pretty happy with the value that Acer brings to the tech. world and this monitor is really no different. I am using this screen with one of Acers desktops and it seems a good pairing thus far. I run mine with an HDMI cable but one is not included in the box, just a VGA.

Greater than one weekExcellent value for money. I suspect this to be one of the best choices of monitors in the category. I am very satisfied with its performance and have found no evidence of leaks around the perimeter (as a review I had read might have suggested). Picture image is absolutely steady and color and detail are vivid and sharp. The frame around the image is arguably the thinnest in its category. This is a big plus when it comes to long sessions of work. Also, it would be a plus when using multiple monitors. As I expected, there is a relatively wide viewing angle from any direction - so there is little need to adjust the stand constantly. Again, during long sessions of work I change my angle and height of viewing quite a bit, the wide viewing angle is much more comfortable in such cases. One small issue I have noticed while testing is that I would have preferred a height adjustment on the stand. My preferred viewing height would have been about an inch shorter than the fixed 4.5 inch height (bottom of image to desktop). Sometimes I have to place the monitor on a standard tabletop at work, which is particularly where this need becomes apparent. I thought of mentioning this only for the manufacturers, but it is not really a big problem since I am quite accustomed to it even at this time, three weeks after putting the monitor into use. Since I use this monitor with a new build, its generic drivers were installed by Windows during assembly. However, I replaced these with the Acer drivers. Regardless of how impressed I was with this monitor, I have to state that although I have been a computer builder and business user/enthusiast for many years, I have not been able to figure out how to use the physical buttons on the monitor to tweak its settings - I gave up and used the Windows Control Panel instead. The monitor comes well tuned and does not need much or any tweaking out of the box. Overall, I think most customers would be entirely satisfied with buy and I recommend it highly.

> 3 dayThe screen arrived in good shape, the next day, which is great. It can be adjusted from very dark to super bright, and is very clear. The not-so-good: The directions on how to mount the base are incorrect. There is nothing to slide out, so you can not pull the monitor base out fully, and no two white screws to secure the base. Also, there is no indication on the front of the screen frame as to where the adjustment buttons are. You would have to label them yourself or use trial and error to make adjustments. Third, a simple pivot in the base would make it possible to orient the screen optimally - its at 90 degrees from the tabletop, whether you like it or not. Buying a separate base would require it to have 4 screw holes in the back to attach it to the support arm, but there is no way to mount an adjustable arm to it. As a side note, you will probably have to adjust the screen settings (in Settings - Display on Windows) to make the picture fill out the screen. One you have it right it looks very nice. So the bottom line is that it looks great and I will enjoy using it. In 2023 its a plug-and-play device that we could only have dreamed about a decade ago. At 99 bucks (plus tax and recycling fee) its a very good deal if you are happy with it not being tiltable. It could be much better, though, at almost no additional manufacturing cost. EDIT: There is a serious glitch with this monitor - when you install it, you lose access to sound on your computer. The monitor has no speakers, and the speaker jack in the back does not provide any audio signal. The menu allows you to mute or unmute, but never allows any sound. Online research shows that other people have this problem as well, and there is no solution. I called Acer Customer Support, entered the serial number, heard music for a minute, went to silent hold and got hung up on. If I can not find the solution for this problem, then this monitor is going back. It would be a shame, because the picture is very good, in spite of its other design shortcomings.

Greater than one weekI bought two of these monitors. For a 60HZ, this monitor is fairly priced, has free sync, decent picture quality, and sturdy stand. love them.

> 3 dayAdded to my laptop for work purposes at home and it rocks. Exactly as described. Nothing complicated about setup. Using Windows 11 if that means anything. And, the HDMI means that streaming Prime Video looks spectacular. If my laptop had a second HDMI port, I’d quickly buy another.
