> 3 dayGorgeous picture and great product. Exactly as described. Can’t be mounted on an arm though without a special adapter that is pretty much impossible to find. Even for models one number off, the adapters won’t work. Might be able to Jerry-rig something from the current stand but haven’t gotten that far yet. Not sure it’s worth it. Better to just search for a VESA compatible monitor and cut my losses.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor because I am replacing one that got broken a few days ago. This monitor has great colors and a good performance for work from home. I would not recommend this monitor if the purpose is to use it in gaming, because it has only 60 Hz refresh rate and 4 ms response time. I got it for a low price and free shipping, so, I am totally satisfied with the product!

> 3 daySo I game on my ps4 along with pc and Netflix, other broadcasting and YouTube stuff. My goal was to get a 27 inch monitor and a 24 inch monitor. One for my PlayStation 4 and one for my PC. Well not only will this monitor allow me to hook up to both platforms, it can automatically sense which input is being used and switch over. The picture is very crisp and clean and you also have the option to select different picture qualities. And what I mean by that is you can choose gaming or energy saving mode, movie, standard or you can customize to your liking. This item came in roughly 2 to 3 days. It was packed very well and did not have any trouble putting the stand together. The stand does tilt a little bit down and back. The only negative thing I saw is there was no option for a mount. Overall this monitor was a great purchase for me. As good as the picture is I dont think I wouldve found anything better for the price that I paid. I do play Lotta first person shooters so the less lag the better and I noticed hardly none whatsoever. I bought this item around February 28 and Amazon let me know that if I wasnt satisfied I could return it up until March 29. So if you are worried take that into account as well. If you are on the fence about this monitor or another one I would recommend this monitor, especially if you were looking for one on a low budget. It does come with a VGA cable to hook up to your computer but it doesnt come with an HDMI cable for systems which is kind of a bummer but owell. I hope I have managed to help some of you out, if you have any questions please let me know. I would be glad to help any of you out.

> 3 dayI bought two of these monitors a few weeks ago and theyve been pretty great so far (aside from one issue which is described below). The best part in my opinion is the the thin bezel which is accurately depicted in the pictures above. In case anyone was wondering, the bezel (including the part of the screen that doesnt display any picture) is about 1/4 (7/32 to be precise). I was worried about the base not being stable when I bought the monitors, but the monitors are actually surprisingly stable. The main reason Im writing this review is to warn people about the backlight bleeding that is present on both of the monitors I received. The pattern of the backlight bleeding is exactly the same on both of the monitors, which leads me to believe that I didnt just get unlucky. Under normal circumstances, the image quality is great. However, if theres a dark image on the screen and Im in a dark room (when watching a movie for example), the backlight bleeding is very apparent on the two upper corners of the screens. This isnt a huge issue for me since I usually have a light on in the room, but Im sure it might bother some people. This seems like a pretty common issue on budget IPS monitors, so I wouldnt rule this monitor out unless you find a monitor that you know for sure doesnt have this same issue.

31-03-2025Bought two of these to set up an office at my gfs house. Extremely pleased! Easy set up with the bases, nice thin bezel, great, sharp picture. Easily compatible with my Dell monitors of the same size. I worked all week with them and I do a lot of graphic and design work, they were fantastic. Havent played any games on them, but would highly recommend these.

> 3 dayThe screen arrived in good shape, the next day, which is great. It can be adjusted from very dark to super bright, and is very clear. The not-so-good: The directions on how to mount the base are incorrect. There is nothing to slide out, so you can not pull the monitor base out fully, and no two white screws to secure the base. Also, there is no indication on the front of the screen frame as to where the adjustment buttons are. You would have to label them yourself or use trial and error to make adjustments. Third, a simple pivot in the base would make it possible to orient the screen optimally - its at 90 degrees from the tabletop, whether you like it or not. Buying a separate base would require it to have 4 screw holes in the back to attach it to the support arm, but there is no way to mount an adjustable arm to it. As a side note, you will probably have to adjust the screen settings (in Settings - Display on Windows) to make the picture fill out the screen. One you have it right it looks very nice. So the bottom line is that it looks great and I will enjoy using it. In 2023 its a plug-and-play device that we could only have dreamed about a decade ago. At 99 bucks (plus tax and recycling fee) its a very good deal if you are happy with it not being tiltable. It could be much better, though, at almost no additional manufacturing cost. EDIT: There is a serious glitch with this monitor - when you install it, you lose access to sound on your computer. The monitor has no speakers, and the speaker jack in the back does not provide any audio signal. The menu allows you to mute or unmute, but never allows any sound. Online research shows that other people have this problem as well, and there is no solution. I called Acer Customer Support, entered the serial number, heard music for a minute, went to silent hold and got hung up on. If I can not find the solution for this problem, then this monitor is going back. It would be a shame, because the picture is very good, in spite of its other design shortcomings.
