There were some fan and screen issues until updates were done, which included BIOS updates. Once the updates were easily done then the laptop works like a charm. The extra RAM, I7 and IRIS video makes it pretty zippy. Used by college student.

My son got in a week time some issues, when pressing spacebar screen glidged ( see uploaded video) and a fully charged battery lasted maximum 5 hours.

No lit keyboard as advertised, contains Alexa but I purposely bought this without Alexa and description doesnt indicate it contains Alexa. Returned it immediately

I purchased this laptop to use for basic functions only. Microsoft Office, browsing, and Zoom calls. 4GB RAM is not sufficient for Windows 11 or these functions, but I knew that upon purchasing. I immediately added another 8GB RAM. However, there were still significant lag and audio issues. I made sure all the drivers and other updates were completed, but the sound would be distorted or not work at all sometimes while on Zoom calls. It could handle Office functions, but anything beyond that was a real struggle. I returned the laptop as it could not even handle these basic functions.

I have had this computer since January 2022. It is now November 2022. In August, something went wrong and it started randomly not charging. Initially we thought it was the charger but after purchasing and trying several different chargers and taking it to a couple professionals to fix we learned that the problem is actually inside the computer. I have learned to pull the charger into strange and (what I think) are unsafe ways to make it charge. MOST of the time this works. The charger itself is weird. The part that plugs into the machine is tiny and frankly hard to find if you need a replacement. But the part that plugs into the wall is heavy duty.

I have only had this for a few weeks, but so far I love it.

Nice laptop, like the back lite keyboard. quite and comfortable. fast response in most every way.No negitives from me.

We had ordered because it says back light keyboard. Didnt work. And was not. The model we ordered, had to re order...same thing happened. Ended up and went to a box store and bought one

The computer overheat and goes off for at least the next 24hrs. very frustrating situation when you have work to complete.
