I like the backlit keys. I would like longer battery life. Great product for the price.

Muy rápida, solo la cubierta es de aluminio, lo demás es plástico, pero el rendimiento es de lo mejor, las bocinas tienen poco volumen, así que si requieres más, será con bocinas externas.

Its an OK laptop for what I do. Im mostly just warning people that the charging port is very delicate. Im at a point now where the cable cant be touched while its charging or it may lose connection.

We had ordered because it says back light keyboard. Didnt work. And was not. The model we ordered, had to re order...same thing happened. Ended up and went to a box store and bought one

I purchased this laptop to use for basic functions only. Microsoft Office, browsing, and Zoom calls. 4GB RAM is not sufficient for Windows 11 or these functions, but I knew that upon purchasing. I immediately added another 8GB RAM. However, there were still significant lag and audio issues. I made sure all the drivers and other updates were completed, but the sound would be distorted or not work at all sometimes while on Zoom calls. It could handle Office functions, but anything beyond that was a real struggle. I returned the laptop as it could not even handle these basic functions.

I have had this computer since January 2022. It is now November 2022. In August, something went wrong and it started randomly not charging. Initially we thought it was the charger but after purchasing and trying several different chargers and taking it to a couple professionals to fix we learned that the problem is actually inside the computer. I have learned to pull the charger into strange and (what I think) are unsafe ways to make it charge. MOST of the time this works. The charger itself is weird. The part that plugs into the machine is tiny and frankly hard to find if you need a replacement. But the part that plugs into the wall is heavy duty.

A month and a half into owning it, the Wi-Fi card no longer worked. Had to perform a factory reset wiping out all my installed software and work. Avoid anything Acer.

Bought two Acer Aspire laptops about a year ago. One works perfectly. The other died a month ago. I have tried to contact Acer support several times to no avail. No one responds. When finally someone seems to respond the call just drops. Will NOT recommend this computer or this company to anyone. This is NOT service.

Poor quality basically compared to the 4 yr old laptop that Google said was to old to keep servicing.
