> 24 hourIt started having mouse/touchpad issues around month 7. Then the screen started to detach from the keyboard. SO cheap. So sad. My husband just tried to close the screen and a piece broke off and hit him in the eye.

> 24 hourThe charge port is soddered to the mother board. The charger port is broken form regular wear and tear on the laptop and cannot be replaced. The entire mother board has to be replace, meaning a new computer.
