I found the setting up rather cumbersome

I bought this laptop at a great deal on Cyber Monday. My old Acer laptop was starting to fade, and it was past time for a replacement. I am very happy with my new Acer Aspire. I purchased a docking station and was able to connect the laptop to 3 more monitors. The Full HD screen has great picture quality and clarity.

Purchased this laptop on Cyber Monday for $309.99, which was the same deal for an Acer Aspire 5 with Ryzen. i3 is definitely the better processor, especially if you want to do any gaming, so I recommend spending more for i3. I bought this for university, and it works really well for that purpose. Im able to quickly switch between tabs and applications. This laptop is great for light gaming like Minecraft and Gmod on Steam. Ive even been able to download shader packs for Minecraft and it runs just as smoothly.

Well overall I do like this laptop. Its super slim and light and is so nice to take when traveling. The screen is a great size and the keyboard is responsive and easy to use. The speed has been good but weve had some wi-fi issues. Sometimes it just doesnt want to connect. I notice this on startups sometimes. I dont even know how I fix it sometimes I just know that sometimes it wont be connected for no obvious reason. Other than that, its really good.

Bought for my 10 yr old for school. I wish now Id had enough to buy 2 or 3. Lasts almost all day of online school. Boots up OMG quickly compared to my several year old Lenovo. Easy enough to opt out of Windows 10S. I did add a 1TB storage drive &16 GB RAM to increase it to a total of 20 GB. The only drawback I have is the screen portion is recessed when closed so you need to use like a thumbnail to open it or at least I do.

Great computer....very fast, efficient and love the backlight on the keyboard.

Not a gamer so I left that part blank. 5 out of 5 for the other categories though.

This is a great laptop and highly recommend this Acer.

System froze. Did a hard restart and it got stuck in a neverending loop of loading screen with a message please wait while system updates and shutting off. Couldnt remove any updates. Couldnt reset to factory settings. Acer couldnt fix it. Microsoft couldnt fix it. Had to return.
