Great laptop for the money.

Not a gamer so I left that part blank. 5 out of 5 for the other categories though.

This is the worst laptop I have owned. Crashes (blue screen) all the time and the mouse pad is infuriating. Total garbage and you are better off spending $100 to $200 more for something better. Ill be giving my away to charity here soon before it goes to flight out my office window.

This is the absolute worst track pad I’ve ever experienced.

Good lap top

My new Acer Aspire 5 arrived yesterday. I immediately added an extra 8G DDR4 Ram chip to it, for a total of 12G.; you simply unscrew the 10 tiny screws on the backplate with a small Phillips head; slip the backplate off and pop your new DDR4 chip into the little socket provided. Total time? About 12 minutes.

Already in love with this Laptop - only sad part is that it’s not a touch screen which is fine.

I’m using this brand for too many years and I decided to buy a new one trusting that I will have the best experience… So far not any issues

Linda, funciona bien excepto para lo mas pejor sistema de sonido. Mira, como cereal, snap, crackle pop. Otra problema que frequenamente se necesita usar un raton porque el touchpad no sirve y es necesario performar una procedmiento de reponer el estatu del bateria. Muy feo. 2.5 estrellas

Worked well. Quick. Great for daughter.
