Great cheap notebook for home.

Bought this for my daughter and it’s a great computer, specially for the price! Has all the options just the normal person would need.

It worked well for 2 years then wouldnt work from the battery. A new battery didnt help. Then lost sound and shut down after 5 minutes every time. I expected a much better life.

I am terribly frustrated with this Chromebook. I use Office 365 with my work (bought this for work), and I travel a lot. The size and weight were appealing to me. But this thing locks up all the time with Office products. Word, Excel, OneDrive, and the Outlook apps freeze constantly, wont finish saving, saves but suddenly it isnt available to email... its debilitating. Any help would be appreciated.

I got this laptop two months ago and it has some major crashing issues. It will randomly close an app while I’m on it, or have a loading symbol indefinitely. It also has very little storage capacity.

I am very happy with this purchase. Within 15 minutes, I was able to get up and running. I had an Acer Chromebook so there was very little learning curve.

I am lucky it was not damaged. The packaging and delivery was horrible.

Speakers could be larger. The sound is adequate but using blue tooth speakers or headphones / buds is advised . Not for gaming the processor is not powerful enough to handle game but for photos, surfing and skype it works fine. Im happy with mine.

You cannot go wrong buying this chrome book it’s better than the money you spend on it my daughter loves it
